A refreshing, fruity cranberry and gin cocktail

Happy Christmas Eve!! I can’t believe today is the last post in the advent calendar series. I’ve had SO much fun bringing you guys a new post every day, and today, we’re finishing with a nice, celebratory festive cocktail!

A deliciously refreshing cocktail featuring gin and cranberry juice!

Every year, I look forward to the festive period so much, then it turns up and is crazier and busier than the year and Christmas day arrives before we know it and somehow I wish I’d taken it a bit slower and spent more time just being in this season.

That being said, I am SO glad that I’ve done this advent calendar series! It’s been the most intense blogging period I’ve ever had, and I am so thrilled with how much you guys have all enjoyed it! It makes my heart happy to see all your lovely comments and pictures of recipes you’ve made. I hope everyone has found something they like from the 24 days.

A deliciously refreshing cocktail featuring gin and cranberry juice!

What better way to end 24 days, and the end of my working year, than with a nice cocktail? This gorgeous, ruby drink is based on gin and cranberry juice, with a little lemon juice in there, just for a little hint of something zingy.

It’s the perfect way to finish the Christmas Season on a high, and I’ll be enjoying a glass (or two) over the next couple of days!

Thanks for all your support during these few weeks! I’ll be back before the new year with a new recipe for you, so for now, MERRY CHRISTMAS! Catch up
