Lauren Caris Short

Lauren is a British food photographer and stylist living in Zurich, Switzerland, and author of the book "The Complete Guide to Food Photography." When she's not photographing for clients, she teaches others how to become successful food photographers through her website, Food Photography Academy. Lauren is not an active contributor on Healthy Green Kitchen, but recipes from her previous website, LaurenCarisCooks.com, were merged into the site in early 2023, providing a substantially upgraded archive of delicious recipes for our visitors.
